The series Constructed Passions creates a multi-layered tableau in which bodies, animals, and machines form unsettling alliances. These are scenes that hover between myth, dream, and technical apparatus. The nudity of the figures does not refer to a classical ideal, but rather to vulnerability, to exposure to forces greater than themselves—nature, technology, desire.
The sheets are not linear narratives, but constellations. They reveal the intertwining of instinct and construction, nature and apparatus, the female body and symbolic transformation. Passion appears here not as pure emotion, but as an artificially constructed, technically and culturally shaped structure—a web of projections, rituals, and images.
