The dried plants in a herbarium inspired me, due to their sometimes bizarre shapes and their folk names, to create narrative-poetic image combinations, which I followed associatively and combined with fragments from art history and reality to create monotypes.
This resulted in 24 small sheets; a cycle that I titled Blüten (Flowers).
